qFlamma® Black01 Dichlorotriazine is a hydroxyl group reactive form of universal dark quencher that the range of absorption covers from 400 to 800 nm with no native fluorescence. Black01 quencher displays high absorption coefficient, superb stability and aqueous solubility. Dichlorotriazines are among the few reactive groups that are reported to react directly with polysaccharides and other alcohols in aqueous solution, provided that the pH is >9 and other nucleophiles are not present. We offer qFlamma® Black01 dichlorotriazine for the labeling of polysaccharides and alcohols in designing probes consisting of spectrally paired fluorophore and quencher for multiplexed bio-analysis.
