1. BioActs will provide the award under the BioActs Research Award to only the First Author of the Poster and/or Journal publication.

a. In the case of a multi-author poster and/or journal publication, only one author can claim the award.

2. BioActs is not responsible for any damages arising from transactions based on incorrect information provided by the BioActs Research Award Applicant (“Applicant”).

a. If the information provided by Applicant does not follow the provided application guideline, BioActs may decline the Applicant’s request.

3. BioActs reserves the right to reference Applicant’s Poster and/or Journal publication information provided by the Applicant for marketing and sales purposes.

4. Applicants residing in South Korea must use the application form for “South Korea” and the award will be transferred to a South Korean bank account.

5. Applicants residing in USA/Canada must use the application form for “USA/Canada” and the award will be transferred to a USA/Canada bank account.

6. Applicants residing in Europe must use the application form for “Europe” and the award will be transferred to a Europe bank account.

7. BioActs reserves the right to contact Applicant via the provided contact information for verification purposes.

a. BioActs may decline Applicant’s request if Applicant fails to respond to a verification inquiry within 30 days.
