BioActs offers custom oligonucleotide synthesis service to meet research requirements in biology, diagnostics and drug discovery. Oligonucleotides are synthesized as unmodified or modified chemical structures with defined sequences by utilizing the phosphoramidite solid-phase synthesis in an automated synthesizer that stretches the base chain by adding a single base from the 3’ end to 5’ end direction. Synthesis steps begins with the attachment of the 3’ end of nucleotide monomer to the solid support in a column, and after that repeat of the synthesis cycle of deblocking, coupling, oxidation and capping affords the desired length of oligonucleotide. Every oligonucleotide we synthesize undergoes quality control analysis. Our extensive options for modifications are unparalleled in the industry and include fluorescent dye labels, quenchers, modified bases, linkers, 5’ terminal caps and more.
We can label oligomers with traditional fluorescent dyes FAM, HEX, TET, Cy3, Cy5, TAMRA, and Texas Red dyes, and also with our FSD FluorTM and Flamma® Fluors series with a wide range of fluorescent specifications. For quencher, we can attach traditional quenchers such as Blackhole series and qFlamma® quenchers, universal dark quenchers developed by BioActs’ cutting-edge technology. Oligonucleotides produced by BioActs’ advanced synthesizer display high purity with low truncated sequences. Each oligonucleotide synthetic step is precisely monitored and controlled accord with BioActs’ strict quality assurance and quality control standards. The final deprotected oligomer product is confirmed by LC-MS and its purity is analyzed by HPLC.
