Anti-mouse secondary antibodies display specificity for mouse IgG and are useful for the detection of specific target. Since multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody, Goat anti-mouse IgG, FSD™ 488 might provide the great sensitivity in signal amplification, visualize low abundant targets and reduce experimental time. FSD Fluor™ is a new generation of dye series with superb fluorescence intensity and high quantum yield comparing to traditional dyes. FSD™ 488 might be excited using 488 nm laser line and displays excellent optical property.
