NpFlamma^Ⓡ MB is a colloidal complex based on fluorescent dye methylene blue (MB). Cationic MB molecules are electrostatically associated with sodium oleate to form a complex, and resulting mixtures are encapsulated in biocompatible amphiphilic Pluronic F-68 surfactant. The maxima of Ex/Em values are at 645/678 nm. We offer NpFlamma^Ⓡ MB as an effective NIR fluorescent probe for cancer imaging.
